2. How We Use Information

Information is used only for purposes related to the app's functionality, including:

• Creating and managing user accounts.
• Saving and organizing trips, places, documents, and travel-related information.
• Enabling camera, photo library, microphone, and location features when requested by the user.
• Sending reminders and notifications enabled by the user.
• Protecting accounts, improving app stability, and diagnosing technical issues.

3. Device Permissions

The app may request permissions only when they are needed for a related feature:

• Camera: to capture photos or documents that you choose to save.
• Photo Library: to select or save images chosen by you.
• Microphone: to record voice notes initiated by you.
• Location: to save or open a location selected by you.
• Notifications: to provide reminders and alerts that you choose to enable.

You can change these permissions at any time through your device settings.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell users' personal information. Some information may be processed by third-party technical service providers used to operate the app, host data, provide authentication, or support app functionality, only to the extent necessary to provide those services and subject to applicable privacy protections.

The app uses Google Firebase for certain technical functions such as authentication, account management, and data storage or synchronization depending on the features used in the app.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service or until the user requests deletion of the account and associated data, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

6. Account and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data from within the app by opening account settings and selecting Delete Account and All Data. Once deletion is completed, associated account data will be removed unless certain information must be retained to comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Children

The app is not intentionally directed at collecting personal information from children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law. If such information is collected unintentionally, it will be handled and deleted in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
